Various aspects and sub-areas such as talent strategy and acquisition, training and development, management development, career planning as well as benefits and corporate culture are considered. Kaufland achieved very good results across the board and even improved on the previous year’s results, especially in the areas of leadership, organization and development, working environment, benefits, diversity and inclusion.
All eight countries in which the retailer is represented took part in the certification process and received the seal, which certifies outstanding employer qualities. Kaufland Germany has received the seal for the fifth time in a row.
