Top Employers Institute: Kaufland again voted top employer in Germany and Europe

Kaufland is one of the best employers in Germany and Europe. This is the conclusion reached by the Top Employers Institute, which has again examined companies for their performance in the human resources area. Various aspects and sub-areas such as talent strategy and acquisition, training and development, management development, career planning, benefits, and corporate culture are considered. Kaufland achieved very good results across the board and even improved on the previous year’s results, especially in the areas of leadership, organization and development, working environment, benefits, diversity, and inclusion.

All eight countries in which the retailer is represented took part in the certification process and received the seal, which certifies outstanding employer qualities. Kaufland, Germany, has received the seal for the fifth time in a row.

Kaufland is an international retail company with over 1,500 branches and over 148,000 employees in eight countries. Whether in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Croatia, or the Republic of Moldova, Kaufland stands for low prices, relevant selection, convincing quality, and easy shopping everywhere.
