Meanwhile, the upcoming acquisition of Courvoisier Cognac through Campari from Beam Santori signals a way to strengthen Campari’s portfolio.
The first deal, worth $1.20 billion (€1.11 billion), including additional future capacity leases, also builds on Campari’s psychological forecast to increase its presence in the global spirits market.
