Launching its 25th-anniversary edition today, Waitrose Food features stunning cover art by renowned artist Eleanor Shakespeare. Packed with intriguing ingredients that capture the evolution of Britain’s dining habits over the last two and a half decades, it offers glimpses of the future and an exclusive menu overseen by none other than Yotam Ottolenghi.

Born in 1999 as Waitrose Food Illustrated, the magazine has stood as a beacon of media engagement and good design. Today it proudly holds the title of the most-read food publication in the UK, with nearly 3 million readers—more than the readership of all other major food magazines combined
