EDEKA Südwest’s board of directors has undergone a change.
Caroline Wilkens, an EDEKA Südwest board member who has served the organization for more than 30 years, will retire in the future and, as a result, part ways with the organization at the end of this month.
“We regret Ms. Wilkens’ choice a great deal, but we appreciate it. Uwe Kohler, Chairman of the Südwest Board of Trustees, said, “We would like to thank her for what she has accomplished and for the very excellent collaboration, and we wish her the best for the future.
The 56-year-old auditor and tax advisor spent more than 30 years working for the company. The divisions of controlling, finance and accounting, real estate, IT, human resources, and law that Ms. Wilkens has recently been in charge of will be transferred to Rainer Huber
