Asda plans to open 300 more Express shops by the end of 2026, so this is part of their plan.
The new shop will open on May 23 and has given 15 new jobs to people in the area.
Customers will be able to get great deals and great goods from The retailer in a modern convenience store setting.
In the middle of this month, The retailer will establish a convenience shop in Calne, providing its trademark low prices and wide selection of quality goods to the surrounding community.
The new store, which is scheduled to open its doors for the very first time on Tuesday, May 23rd, will be the retailer’s third ‘Asda Express’ concept, and it will be responsible for the creation of fifteen new employment in the local community.
The store will be located just outside of the town centre on London Road, and it will feature an exciting new format that will provide customers with access to over 3,000 products.
These products will include a comprehensive range of fresh, ambient, and chilled groceries, as well as items from the supermarket premium Extra Special range and a wide selection of beers, wines, and spirits.
It will also offer a number of services to consumers, such as the collection and return of parcels, a lottery, and adequate parking, making it easy for customers to visit the store.
From Monday through Sunday, the retail establishment will be open from 6 am to 11 pm.

Asda is the sole owner of the new Asda Express outlets and is responsible for their operation. They are distinct from the supermarket On the Move convenience stores, which are installed on the forecourts of garages that are owned and managed by EG Group.
