Sustainable liquid coating options, LIGNA 2023
J. Wagner GmbH will exhibit cutting-edge liquid coating solutions for woodworking businesses, including furniture and flooring makers, paint manufacturers, and craftsmen’s workshops, from May 15 to May 19, 2023. With their efficient material usage, these solutions not only cater to a broad range of manual and automatic coating applications, but they also promote more sustainable coating.
Visitors can try manual airspray and AirCoat guns at the booth, including the TOPFINISH GM 1030, which has versions with flow cups or paint connections for small-area applications and creates an incredibly precise spray pattern with minimal overspray. The guns can also be purchased as a component of pre-made spraypacks, which is an excellent pairing with the appropriate feeding technology. For instance, the Cobra 40-10 is the only high-pressure double diaphragm pump available today. It is extremely powerful and, due to its exceptionally small internal volume, uses a lot less flushing solvent than piston pumps of similar size. The 2K Smart method for mixing and dosing will be displayed.
However, there will also be solutions for extremely effective, automated coating procedures. For an illustrative practical example, a cobot—a collaborative robot that is also appropriate for users without a lot of robot experience—will have a variety of automatic guns mounted intermittently on it. With their various mounting choices, the GA 1030 and GA 4000AC automatic guns provide a high level of flexibility.
Additionally, WAGNER will exhibit goods from its affiliate WALTHER Spritz- & Lackiersysteme GmbH’s bonding and marking division: Airspray devices for applying adhesive, such as the automatic PILOT GA 9010 Marking or the PILOT GM 1030P ADH for edge-to-edge dot and line marking, are a few examples.
