Share Buyback Update for Ahold Delhaize as of March 21, 2023

Netherlands, Zaandam, March 21, 2023 – Between March 13, 2023, and March 17, 2023, Ahold Delhaize repurchased 500,000 of its ordinary shares. The shares were bought back for a sum of €15 million at an average price of €30.09 per share. The € 1 billion share buyback programme that was revealed on November 9, 2022, covered these repurchases.

6,417,795 common shares have been bought back so far as part of this initiative, for a total price of € 182.2 million.
