During the time period beginning on April 24, 2023 and continuing through and including April 28, 2023, Ahold Delhaize was able to repurchase 791,584 of its common shares. The shares were repurchased for a total consideration of € 24.9 million, at an average price of € 31.44 per share. In accordance with the one billion euro share repurchase programme that was introduced on November 9th, 2022, these purchases were made.
To date, this programme has resulted in the repurchase of 10,088,443 common shares for a total consideration of €296.5 million. This is the total number of shares that have been repurchased.
