In a recent announcement made on February 8, 2024, The Hershey Company‘s Board of Directors, based in Hershey Increases Dividend Payouts, Pennsylvania, shared news regarding its quarterly dividends. The company, listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol HSY, disclosed that shareholders holding Common Stock would receive $1.370 per share, marking a notable 15% increase or $0.178 more than the previous payout. Additionally, holders of Class B Common Stock would be granted $1.245 per share, reflecting a 15% uptick or $0.162 more compared to the previous dividend.

Hershey Increases Dividend Payouts. These dividends, declared on February 7, 2024, signify the company’s commitment to providing returns to its investors. Shareholders of record as of February 20, 2024, will be eligible to receive these dividends, which are scheduled to be disbursed on March 15, 2024.
