Tingly Ted’s is Kraft Heinz’s newest insight-driven innovation, which is currently available for pre-order. Kraft Heinz is extending its Taste Elevation platform across the globe and into new categories and channels to accelerate its transformation.

Ed, a self-described sauce enthusiast, previously collaborated with Kraft Heinz on projects involving HEINZ® ketchup and sought out their established knowledge to create a hot sauce unlike any other that could satisfy many people’s requirements with just one bottle.
It’s no secret that I adore sauces, says Ed Sheeran. But as I’ve gotten older, I’ve grown to appreciate and need spice with every meal.
“Since I move frequently, I thought it would be a good idea to always carry a bottle of spice with me. I was aware that I didn’t want to create a watery hot sauce because they all tend to end up on the same rack with other unrelated hot sauces. I wanted to create a condiment that was as revered as ketchup.
“I spent a year narrowing down the ideal flavours with a fantastic mixing crew, and we chose two knockouts. the Extreme and Tingly Tingly. There really isn’t anything they don’t go with (except bananas, don’t do that), and I recently took them on tour with me to test them with all kinds of meals.
“I’m really pleased to release this product; I use it for all three of my daily meals. I hope you feel the same way about them as I do.
Tingly Red jalapenos and capsicum peppers are used in the preparation of Ted’s, which is offered in two flavours, including a “Xtra Tingly” variety. The new sauce, which bears Ed’s childhood moniker, is anticipated to advance Kraft Heinz’s Taste Elevation strategy in the rapidly expanding hot sauce market, which is predicted to grow at a rate of 6.3% to $5.4 billion USD in 2027.
“It’s rare to find someone who is as passionate about sauces as we are, and it’s no secret that Ed is already one of the biggest Heinz Tomato Ketchup fans you can find, so when we heard he wanted to make his own hot sauce, we of course wanted in,” says Rafael Oliveira, EVP & President, International Markets at Kraft Heinz.
