During the time period beginning on January 30, 2023 and continuing through and including February 3, 2023, Ahold Delhaize was able to repurchase 600,000 of its common shares. The shares were repurchased at a price that was equal to an average of € 27.22 per share, with the total consideration amounting to € 16.3 million. In accordance with the one billion euro share repurchase programme that was introduced on November 9th, 2022, these purchases were made.
To date, this programme has resulted in the repurchase of 3,197,795 common shares for a total consideration of € 87.9 million. This is the total number of shares that have been repurchased.
