Update on Ahold Delhaize’s share repurchases
Netherlands, Zaandam, April 4, 2023 – 525,000 of Ahold Delhaize’s ordinary shares were bought back during the time frame of March 27, 2023 through March 31, 2023. For a total sum of € 16.2 million, the shares were repurchased at an average cost of € 30.92 per share. The € 1 billion share buyback programme that was revealed on November 9, 2022, covered these repurchases.
7,422,795 ordinary shares have been repurchased under this programme in total, for a total price of € 213.1 million.
