Update on Ahold Delhaize’s share repurchases, March 14, 2023

Netherlands, Zaandam, March 14, 2023 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 500,000 of its common shares in the time from March 6, 2023 up to and including March 10, 2023. The shares were bought back for a sum of € 15 million at an average price of € 30.04 per share. The € 1 billion share buyback program that was revealed on November 9, 2022, covered these repurchases.

5,917,795 common shares have been repurchased under this scheme in total, for a total price of € 167.2 million.
