Tesco to make important change to loo rolls packaging for a noble reason

Supermarket Giant Tesco, which is based in Welwyn Garden City, has announced that it is making a major change to its toilet rolls. This change to the products is made in partnership with Dame Deborah James who is currently receiving end of life care after sharing her incurable bowel cancer diagnosis.

Deborah urged all supermarkets to display signs of bowel cancer on toilet rolls in a bid to raise awareness for the disease. Packs of the supermarket’s Luxury Soft loo roll will now feature the signs and symptoms of the disease to help others who may perhaps be suffering from bowel cancer.

Over the weekend, she shared her partnership with the brand on her social media. Additionally, other supermarket brands have also recently spoken out with Aldi also announcing it will introduce the change to packaging. Toilet roll brand Andrex has also committed to the change.
