SPAR Albania Commemorates the Launch of its 80th Store
SPAR Albania marked a significant achievement as it unveiled its 80th store, located in the capital city of Tirana last week. This expansion milestone has not only brought the SPAR brand to various corners of the country but has also generated approximately 1,900 employment opportunities since SPAR’s entry into the Albanian market in 2016.
The newly inaugurated SPAR Supermarket is situated in the bustling Ali Demi area of Tirana, catering to one of the city’s most densely populated regions. Covering an expansive retail space of 630 square meters, the store offers a wide array of food and non-food options, including a robust selection of SPAR Own Brand products. In line with SPAR Albania’s commitment to freshness, the supermarket features dedicated sections for fruits, vegetables, as well as meat and cheese counters.
Borian Ujkaj, the Operations Director for SPAR Albania, expressed, “SPAR has been actively pursuing the establishment of a supermarket in this area to provide shoppers with advantageous offers, quality products, and excellent service. Our ongoing mission to support local communities in all the regions we operate in underscores our commitment to making a positive impact in this area.”
All customers of SPAR Albania, including those visiting the newest store, can take advantage of the Happy Card Loyalty program offered by SPAR Albania. Cardholders benefit from exclusive special offers and earn shopping vouchers that can be redeemed at SPAR stores.
