Share Buyback Update for Ahold Delhaize as of February 28, 2023
Netherlands, Zaandam, February 28, 2023 – 505,000 of Ahold Delhaize’s ordinary shares were bought back during the time frame of February 20, 2023, through February 24, 2023, inclusive. For a total sum of € 15.2 million, the shares were repurchased at an average cost of € 30.02 per share. The € 1 billion share buyback programme that was revealed on November 9, 2022, covered these repurchases.
4,917,795 common shares have been repurchased under this scheme in total, for a total price of € 137.2 million.
