Share Buyback Update for Ahold Delhaize as of February 21, 2023

 

580,000 of Ahold Delhaize’s common shares were bought back within the time frame of February 13, 2023, through February 17, 2023, inclusive. For a total sum of € 16.6 million, the shares were repurchased at an average cost of € 28.64 per share. The € 1 billion share buyback programme that was launched on November 9, 2022, covered these repurchases.

 

4,412,795 common shares have been repurchased through this programme in total to far for a sum of € 122 million.
