Share Buyback Update for Ahold Delhaize as of February 14, 2023
Netherlands, Zaandam, February 14, 2023 – In the period from February 6, 2023 through and including February 10, 2023, Ahold Delhaize repurchased 635,000 of its common shares. For a total sum of € 17.5 million, the shares were repurchased at an average cost of € 27.54 per share. The € 1 billion share buyback programme that was launched on November 9, 2022, covered these repurchases.
3,832,795 common shares have been repurchased through this programme in total, for a total price of € 105.4 million.
