The LuLu Group has launched its 20th hypermarket in Qatar, which is preparing for the FIFA World Cup 2022, reiterating its commitment to the area. The store is located at Giardino on the opulent Pearl Island.
Giardino, Pearl Island is a futuristic development that spans a man-made peninsula and features a sizable recreational area with hotels, public marinas, streets, and a number of multipurpose residential, mixed-use, entertainment, and commercial amenities.
The 150,000-square-foot, two-level store was officially opened yesterday in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Althaf, Director of LuLu Group Qatar, and Mr. Yusuff Ali, Chairman and Managing Director of LuLu Group.

The new store offers customers all the conveniences offered by the Group’s Hypermarket chain, including a wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood from around the world, an on-site bakery that serves up freshly baked breads and cakes, and shopping options that capitalize on emerging, award-winning trends.
Among them are LuLu’s renowned Planet Y, which offers a wide range of plant-based meat substitutes and foods, as well as a special organic and superfood selection, a sizable “free-from” range, and a zero-waste refill station where environmentally conscious customers can restock reusable containers with dry goods like pasta, grains, and other items.
The store also features well-known LuLu shopping areas, including LuLu Fashion, LuLu Connect for electronics, EyeXpress, and BLSH for beauty and cosmetics, as well as a sizable section devoted to the newest IOT electronics and appliances.
With 500 parking spaces available, self-checkout, and green check-out counters within the store, customers will find commuting easy. Lulu is devoted to providing our cherished customers with the same high standard of quality and customer care in this new hypermarket as well.
The mall itself offers a variety of conveniences for the convenience of shoppers, including ATM terminals, food courts, money exchanges, pharmacies, and beauty parlors.
They have also made amenities like gift wrapping, a sitting space, and wheelchairs available. The new store is also fitted with a reverse vending machine for recycling plastic bottles and other materials as part of its environmental initiative.
