Currently serving as the Chair of consumer health company Haleon and a board member of food and snack multinational PepsiCo, Sir Dave has a distinguished career. He spent the majority of his professional life at Unilever, starting as a graduate trainee and eventually joining the Global Executive Team.
From 2014 to 2020, Sir Dave served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tesco, leading its market recovery and overseeing significant corporate repositioning, including strategic divestments and mergers.
