The store focuses on fresh chilled healthy eating alongside everyday essentials; meal ideas; prepared sandwiches; food-to-go; Fairtrade products; flowers; car care – as well as free-from, vegan and plant-based foods to meet different dietary needs.

The new Co-op store is part of a trial involving seven outlets nationwide which could be expanded upon later down the line. It fits within broader franchise growth plans at Coop where they hope to have eight million member-owners by 2030 (currently five million). This will involve them developing more presence in petrol forecourts, universities and hospitals.
