In 2023, SPAR Netherlands was once more rated a top employer.
SPAR Netherlands was recognised as one of the “Top Employers” for the second year in a row, earning the company the prestigious certification.
This international accolade is presented on an annual basis by the Top Employers Institute to organisations who meet the necessary criteria and achieve excellence in people practises.
The continuing success that SPAR Netherlands has had in this sector is a testament to the company’s quality HR policy, which has been applied consistently over the course of several years.
The Chief Executive Officer of SPAR Netherlands, John van der Ent, stated that the company goes above and beyond to be a good employer. He stated, “We offer our staff plenty of possibilities to work on their personal and professional growth as well as to progress within the organisation.” We provide more than simply a job; we provide a path for your future.”
The Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at SPAR Netherlands, Marie-José Rutten, stated that “For us, it is not so much about the certificate as it is about the yardstick.” Continuous growth is required if you want to be a good employer now and in the future.
Because we go through the process on an annual basis, we have a greater understanding of our position as an employer. At SPAR, we do what we can to ensure the happiness of our staff members. As the standard is raised further with each passing year, we are pleased to announce that we will retain our championship in 2023.
A programme that is offered by the Top Employers Institute and is recognised on a global scale provides assistance to businesses in evaluating, comparing, and bettering the working environment in relation to 400 HR criteria.
In the end, certification and appointment are only granted to those businesses that are able to obtain the required score of “excellent” during the audit on all of the relevant components.
This is accomplished in the following six areas: talent management, strategy, the work environment, diversity and inclusion, and well-being. This accomplishment inspires SPAR Netherlands to continue working on regaining certification in 2024 and will encourage them to take
