EDEKA NST is preparing its executive board for the future in the long term

 

Mr. Christian Remy (34 years) will join the board of EDEKA NST on September 15, 2022. He is responsible for the finance, IT, logistics and major projects departments.

Christian Remy has experience in management positions at Aldi Süd, Hofer, REWE and Müller Drogerie. Before his move, he was Chief Financial Officer of Müller Drogerie Holding and a board member of the Erwin Müller Foundation.

 

Furthermore, the contract with CEO Mr. Sebastian Kohrmann (38 years) will be extended ahead of schedule and on a long-term basis.

 

Mr. Gert Lehmann (50 years old) was appointed to the executive board in February 2022.

 

In the future, the Executive Board will consist of the gentlemen

 

  • Sebastian Kohrmann (38) as CEO,
  • Gert Lehmann (50) as Board Member and
  • Christian Remy (34) as Chief Financial Officer, IT and Logistics.

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Stefan Legat, comments: “I am pleased that we were able to create this long-term oriented Executive Board constellation. We are therefore well equipped to continue on the successful path we have taken in recent years and to continue to pursue our growth strategy in a future-oriented manner.”

 

Mr. Rainer Kämpgen is leaving EDEKA NST at the scheduled end of his contract in Q4/2022.
On behalf of EDEKA NST, Stefan Legat thanks him for having actively supported the phase after Mr. Dieter Stukenbrok retired due to age and thus enabling today’s long-term realignment.
