EDEKA Minden-Hannover continues to fight inflation! In order to stop the constantly rising prices, EDEKA “froze” the prices of 200 everyday products for all DeutschlandCard holders as early as June. The regional company is now extending the campaign for a further two months – until October 31st.
As part of a large-scale campaign, EDEKA selected over 200 products from its own brand GUT&GÜNSTIG from all ranges and fixed the shelf price from the beginning of June – to protect customers from the current price increases. If the costs for one of the products increase, the difference is deducted directly at the checkout during the payment process for holders of the DeutschlandCard and the product is sold at a lower price.
The “stop inflation campaign” was originally supposed to end at the end of August. With the extension, EDEKA Minden-Hannover now wants to ensure the supply of people at reasonable prices for another two months and at the same time send a signal not to burden private households in Germany any further. Customers should be able to rely on stable prices. The campaign is valid in participating EDEKA stores, EDEKA centers, MARKTKAUF stores, NP and nah & gut stores. The 200 products are recognizable by the octagonal stop sign with the inscription “Inflation-Stop!”. EDEKA also has a wide selection at the best price for all customers who do not yet have a DeutschlandCard. Across the entire range, an EDEKA store offers around 7,000 products at discount prices. In other words: there is a discounter in every EDEKA – and much more besides! Because the difference between discount and full range is no longer the price, but above all selection and service.
