Longtime executive brings 40 years of leadership to the top role
Associated Grocers Inc. reaches its 75th anniversary David Politz Appointed as president and CEO to continue delivering service to independent grocers. The veteran executive makes a permanent move to the presidency from his previous position as interim president which has been followed by nearly 40 years of executive leadership at the organization.
A Veteran Leader with Deep Roots
Since 1985 Politz has supported Mercy Supply Company in various executive roles while currently maintaining the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. As the leader of the company during this period he managed significant operational improvements that improved retail operations within the Gulf Coast region.
