The company made public on April 8, 2025 that Brian Newman would assume the CFO position starting April 21. From May 12 forward Tom Cowhey will transition to serve as a strategic business advisor for CEO David Joyner following his job handover to Brian Newman.

Dr. Amy Compton-Phillips will take on the role of Chief Medical Officer for CVS Health starting from May 19.
