Boots, the top beauty retailer in the UK, has opened its 170th premium beauty hall in London’s White City. The store, which has recently undergone renovation as part of Boots’ ongoing beauty reinvention journey, has become a new hotspot for beauty enthusiasts. Across the nation, there are currently 170 newly renovated beauty halls, ranging from full-size playgrounds for beauty in bustling cities like St. Albans (which will be finished in December 2022) and Macclesfield to smaller halls in places like East Kilbride, Grantham, and Stratford-upon-Avon.

White City’s new beauty hall offers top-tier beauty services and treatments in trending zones, discovery areas, and consultation rooms. Boots Beauty Specialists have added a fresh team to the

In the UK, a brand-new group of Boots Beauty Specialists join the 1,000-person Beauty Crew to provide customers with free, individualized beauty and skincare guidance. In addition to cult favorites like Kylie Cosmetics, NARS, MAC Cosmetics, and Drunk Elephant, White City is one of the first Boots beauty halls to carry trendy new brands like Grown Alchemist, Sol De Janeiro, and Function of Beauty.
Boots’ Beauty Director, Paul Niezawitowski, stated: “As the UK’s top beauty retailer, our goal is to increase everyone’s access to amazing beauty goods. We are introducing reimagined beauty halls in Boots stores from Sunderland to Southend-on-Sea as part of our ongoing effort to transform beauty on the high street. We take great pride in expanding the flagship beauty experience to more villages and cities across the nation.

Boots has invested in its digital offering in addition to remodeling its beauty halls, making it easier for customers to access the top global beauty names wherever they are in the UK. The most popular health and beauty website in the UK, Boots.com, has experienced a number of upgrades to enhance the user experience, including a simpler checkout process, increased security, and new payment options. Boots’ digital sales increase, which accounted for 18% of all retail sales in Q1, continued to outperform the industry. Customers can choose from more than 500 beauty brands on boots.com and purchase by 8pm to pick up in their neighborhood store or pharmacy as soon as the following day with Next Day Click and Collect, which is available at more than 1,600 locations.

Boots has stocked its shelves with intriguing new products for customers to explore in addition to the introduction of new beauty halls. More than 100 different brands have introduced more than 1,000 new beauty lines through the company so far this year in the categories of skincare, haircare, and cosmetics. Over 600 new lines, including exclusive launches from MAC Cosmetics, Kylie Cosmetics, Fenty Skin, Estee Lauder, NARS, and No7, will be arriving in stores and online throughout March and April.
