Asda introduces seven brand-new Rowe’s concessions in stores in the southwest

Asda has expanded its collaboration with Falmouth-based bakers Rowe’s by opening seven brand-new concessions in its southwest-regional locations.

Rowe’s, which is well-known for the authenticity of its Cornish pasties, began working with Asda in 2009 by opening a concession in the supermarket chain’s St. Austell location.

This was then followed by two additional counters in Plymouth and Falmouth, and the most recent development comes as a direct result of the sustained great performance.

Due to the store’s growth, customers in Newton Abbott, Hayle Harbour, Weston Supermare, Weymouth, Bodmin, Yeovil and

Barnstaple can now purchase genuine Cornish baked products including pasties, sausage rolls and steak slices in addition to their regular groceries at Asda.

Asda’s plan to win locally involves providing customers with a point of difference and more reasons to purchase at Asda,

and the expansion of this alliance is a component of that approach.

Jessica Marsters, the Food Partnerships Co-ordinator of Asda, offered the following remarks in reference to the partnership:

After almost 15 years of working together, we are very pleased to announce that we will be extending our cooperation with Rowe’s just in time for the busy tourist season.

Since we are aware that Rowe’s is a well-liked brand amongst our clientele,

it is very exciting for us to be able to distribute their delicious Cornish specialties to a wider audience throughout the South West.

Rowe’s Retail Lead Jason Prime stated the following:

“We have three established Asda concessions, and all three of them are doing exceptionally well,

which has shown us that there is a significant demand for our products among Asda shoppers.”

It gives us great pleasure to announce that our cooperation with Asda will be growing, allowing us to expand our operations throughout the southwest and beyond.

“We are really proud of the fact that we are able to provide our clients with excellent Cornish goods, such as authentic Cornish pasties and sausage rolls that have been freshly made.

In addition to that, we provide Cornish Sweet Treats like our Saffron Buns, Cakes, and Danish Pastries, which are some of our clients’ and our own personal faves.
