Aldi rescues Valentine’s Day with its inaugural flower stall at Waterloo Station

Today, Aldi’s Valentine’s Day has unveiled a flower stall at Waterloo station to cater to last-minute Valentine’s Day shoppers. According to research, nearly a quarter of Britons forget to purchase gifts for their partners on Valentine’s Day, with millennials being the main culprits. The study also revealed that waiting until the last minute often results in higher expenses, as pricey gifts are the only options left.

To assist couples in rekindling romance affordably, Aldi’s flower stall offers a variety of blooms starting at £2.29. The stall, located in London Waterloo, boasts options ranging from the budget-friendly Dozen Red Roses for £4.49 to the more elaborate Elegance Bouquet priced at £14.99. Additionally, all proceeds from the stall will be donated to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
