ALDI and a children’s food creator collaborate to develop inexpensive lunchbox ideas.

As children return to school after the holidays, a kids’ food maker has partnered with Britain’s cheapest supermarket Aldi to develop a number of lunchbox options for under $5.

The recipes are created to make lunchboxes exciting at a low price, with healthier variations on classics like sausage buns and pepperoni pizzas as well as clever lunchbox snacking mainstays.

With all of the components readily available at your neighbourhood Aldi supermarket, the five lunchbox recipes aim to provide parents with quick and economical lunchtime inspiration.

“Lunchtimes can be a strain for many parents, and coming up with new ideas to make lunchboxes both entertaining and great value is a genuine challenge,” said The Lunchbox Mother, Rachel Stirling, who has teamed up with Aldi to offer the lunchbox inspiration.

I’m determined to demonstrate with Aldi that there are many ways to make lunchboxes more entertaining while still ensuring that they are packed with nutritional value to get kids through the school day. Nevertheless, packing lunchboxes doesn’t have to be boring.
