Julia drives the success of her prosperous 150-hectare Dutch family farm located within the charming Zwolle region of Netherlands. Together with FrieslandCampina we have launched our initial Mars Dairy Flagship Farm through a joint partnership.
Bringing together emerging equipment and technology for sustainable dairy techniques will be the mission of this state-of-the-art establishment. We plan to demonstrate pioneering techniques for lowering methane production so these solutions can be implemented on different farms worldwide including those like Julia’s.
We will use the KringloopWijzer tool as our advanced online system to examine our changes. The tracking capabilities of this technological system enable farm sustainability information collection leading to important success and failure outcomes evaluation. Our business depends on dairy products for more than 200,000 cows to produce milk which becomes M&M’S and SNICKERS treats among other popular items.
